urgently seeking a housemate to fill newly made space in this beautiful lil home!!

my ex broke the terms of our lease and moved out unexpectedly last month, and as i don't have the means to look for a new place at the moment, i'm seeking a housemate to stay with me for the rest of my lease term, which finishes in july! 🙂‍↕️

i'm 23, so i'd love for my housemate to be in a similar age bracket. i work from home in my part time marketing job 3/4 days in the week from my own office, and my life is fairly quiet otherwise. my dog jiji currently lives with me (as pictured) but i'm in the process of rehoming her; for the time being, the ideal housemate would be a dog person, as i’m unsure the exact date she will no longer be here (she absolutely loves people and is a delight to live with nonetheless).

💰 rent is a $1,390 per month split ($347.50 per week) and it's due on the 7th of every month [ cost of lease transfer is a one-off seperate fee of $165.00 ]
🏷️ backyard, kitchen, living room and toilet are shared spaces
🛏️ housemate will have their own bathroom and shower (as pictured) — their room is not furnished
🗝️ queer and neurodivergent friendly household
📬 only women and gender non conforming people will be considered as potential housemate
🚃 airport west westfield is a 5m walk away, as well as a bus stop outside of that westfield and the 59 line tram stop — all easy ways to get to essendon train station or to the city
🚗 driveway can be used if housemate has their own car
