It would suit someone who wants to be very close (walking distance) to shops and services, someone who lives a quiet lifestyle, and prefers easy access to train service. Most suitable for a working male or student, who wants a quiet, safe, peaceful place to reside. Sunbury is a pleasant 40 min train trip to the city. The house is smoke free, and alcohol consumption in the house is not permitted. The room is available from now.

Retired mother of 5 children and 10 grandchildren who lets out bedrooms to 3 males who all work different shifts. We all mostly keep to ourselves, sharing kitchen/dining area and are friendly and respectful to each other. All 3 male occupants except me live upstairs, sharing the same bathroom and toilet.
