Hi everyone, I'm looking for a housemate to move into a 3-bedroom place in Deer Park/Carinlea, Melbourne. It's available from Saturday the 1st of February. This will be to live with myself, my other female housemate who is also in her 30's and working professional and my super friendly two year-old cat Charlie:)

A bit about me:
I'm in my 30's, work full-time in media, communications and engagement PR, love the outdoors, dancing, travelling, seeing friends, moved over from NZ 6 years ago. I'm a social, easy going, friendly, tidy person.

A bit about the place:
10 minute walk to Deer Park station
4 minute drive to both Albion Station and Deer Park Stations with loads of parking
Rent $200 per week or $800 monthly (excludes bills)
4 weeks bond
No smokers or couples sorry
Ideally looking for someone to stay longer term - minimum of 6 months
5 minute walk to supermarket, cafes, shops
5 minute walk to the beautiful Kororoit Creek and other parks
2 off-street car-parking spots
2 minute walk to schools
The room is a double bedroom with a good sized wardrobe
The place is fully furnished (bedroom furnished will be available if needed)
