We live in a 4 BDRM 4 Bathroom house in Sunshine North and have a room to fill!
Located only 5 mins walk from the 408 bus to approx 10 min to Sunshine station then 30min train to the city
Large room with built in robe and split system aircon. Can fit a king bed and desk. Currently has a single bed in the room. The 4th bathroom is downstairs if you want your own but main bathroom is only shared with 1 other person and it’s spacious with lots of storage.
We also have solar power and a veggie garden out back and a maltese x poodle dog he very chill 6yo.
Move in date from 22nd August
Rent is $950 pcm and bills Extra (approx $100 a month)
