Sunshine West

Description of the home

I'm in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit in Sunshine West and have the second bedroom available to rent with me for $800 per month plus shared bills. It's a 5 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride (which is how I get there) to Sunshine Station and 20 minute drive to the city.

I've got everything you would want or need in house including washer/dryer, air fryer, dishwasher, and robo vaccum.
Theres a big TV with all the streaming services and unlimited soda stream, all at no cost!
And although the cupboard is small in the bedroom I have heaps of storage in an enclosed outdoor area out back, and an extra external cupboard in the room.

I'm a fun, funny (as in I love to crack a lol) and busy laday that works in family violence, I love eating and cook heaps of delicious dinners and do appreciate a meal swap but also not necessary. I'm usually in bed early on a weeknight and am often away for the weekends.

But alas no dogs or cats.
