The double-storey house is lovely and spacious, located in Surrey Hills, but very close to Box Hill. Wattle Park, shops and the route 70 tram are a very short walk away.
The house has central heating and air conditioning, a huge fully equipped kitchen, and a sunny back garden. There are three separate living areas in the house, so you will have plenty of privacy!
The room is a generous size, with built-in wardrobes and carpet. In addition, there is also a private study and courtyard you will have all to yourself, along with a private bathroom.
