Description of the home
Spacious room available. The house is mine and just looking for a decent and clean person to share. The house is cosy, comfortable, fully furnished, big Fridge, extra freezer, washer, dryer, Very fast internet, heating, cooling, fully equiped kitchen, bbq, fire pit and more.
Room can be furnished or empty depending on what you prefer.
My house is a 10 minute drive to Tarneit and Hoppers Crossing Train Stations and a 10 minute walk to the nearest Bus Stop. There is a Coles 5 minutes drive away from the house. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly.

Outside of work, i have an active social life so i could be out a few days during the week and on the weekends. When i'm home, more than happy to share a meal, watch a move but i'm flexible and will take your lead on how much or little interaction you're comfortable with.
There is no special or defined dietary requirement in my house, you're free to eat whatever you want as long as you let me eat whatever i want. Similar, your beliefs, cultural traditions and individual preferences will be respected and i expect the same from you.
There will only be 2 people living in the house once i rent out the room so we will have plenty of space to be comfortable.
I'm interested in finding a respectful, clean and tidy person who might be up for socialising and having a drink or two if you're keen.
I also have a 1 year old Miniature Pinscher.
