1 medium size bedroom available in Toorak, on the border with Armadale and Prahran. Would be sharing with myself - gay male 37, professional, working in academia.

Available for a single. The room has a bed and some storage in it. It would probably suit someone looking for a short-term let and somebody who does not have masses of stuff - as there is not that much space for storage. there is space for a wardrobe and desk though. Has a living room, separate kitchen, bathroom. There is on street parking, and I have a permit you can use. The place is not really big enough for 3 so not suitable for couples - or anybody who works from home full time.

Close to 72 tram route into city, and also Toorak Village and tram number 58. 8 minute walk to Toorak train station, 7 minute walk to Hawksburn village, and 8 minute walk to Toorak village with local shops and cafes.

I normally watch some TV here and there on an evening - but tend to be out a lot of the time in the summer, and travel for work at least once a month.
