Description of the home
To quote a cliché, this home is ‘tucked away’ in a cosy part of Toorak. Your room backs on to a pretty courtyard and has its own bathroom just across the hall. The house is quiet, I occasionally have friends and family over and would be fine with you doing the same. I also teach drums (on an electronic drum kit) most late arvos/early evenings, though it’s not too loud. I tend to play a lot of music, generally, so being into music is a plus. The house is next to a train track but it’s never really bothered me.
Lastly (and most importantly), I have a cat who is a house cat so any housemates would need to be ultra mindful of not leaving any doors or windows open, especially when entering/leaving the house or having friends over. Please contact me if you have any questions. Room is available now.
