✨Room for rent in mini Toorak mansion✨

We have a beautiful home in Toorak on Orrong rd, which we are wanting to open up to housemates. The house is a 30 second walk to Toorak station, and 2 buses super close. Very close to Malvern rd, so there are shops close by.

This place is a little oasis🌴
Beautiful open living areas with amazing natural light. We have an inbuilt sauna and a decent sized spa bath and ice bath. Huge lush gardens in the front and back yard.
The house except for the bedroom is fully furnished by us. The rooms are a a really good size. We have a beautiful golden retriever part time called Tilly🦮

We are looking for the right person, in saying that we are currently two men in our early 30's and are looking to balance the energy of this house with a more feminine energy. So we are hoping for a woman to replace who is moving out at the end of this month.
We are looking to fill the remaining 2 bedrooms, meaning we will have 4 people sharing the entire space, eventually.
Tommy works as a sales consultant part time from home and part time from the office and I’m an electrician⚡️

We’re both into cooking and enjoy sharing meals a couple times a week and are keen for a house mate who wants to join in on some dinner parties and offer their twist to what a good feast is!
We keep a clean and tidy home which provides a relaxing and cozy space for us to recharge when we’re not working or out socializing.
