We have a room available to sublet in our lovely big 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 storey old mansion style house in Toorak (edge of South Yarra).

Features; 10 ft ceilings, wooden floorboards, light filled living room leading out onto a timber deck, enclosed private front garden, massive separate dining room, huge kitchen with plenty of bench space and storage, dishwasher, gas stove and electric oven. Freshly painted common spaces also. Although we are a larger share house, you wouldn’t know it. It’s big enough and divided in a way that everyone can either do their own thing, or come together as a group when needed.
All round awesome and happy house to live in!

We live on a quiet leafy green street but are so close to everything! Close to Como Park, Toorak Village shops, walk to Chapel Street / South Yarra.

Number 58 tram & Bus route 605 to city only 300m walk. Hawksburn train station under a 10 minute walk away.
