The rest of the house is fully furnished with all utilities i.e. Shared Washing Machine, dishwasher, very limited Shared Fridge Space but plenty of room in Bar fridge if needed, unlimited NBN Wifi access and access to Fetch streaming service.
**Utilities are at $70 per fortnight. All amenities will be handled by me personally but are additional to the rent.
**Small pets considered.
**Non smoking either indoor or outdoor, minimal drinking.
**Suitable for single parents with one child.

I’m a man in my mid fifties whose found himself physically disabled and in need of a housemate whose respectful, quiet and has a caring disposition.
I am into meditation, mindfulness, yoga nidra, walking the tracks very close to this magic space, paddling Lysterfield or Auravale, Cameo cinemas, indoor climbing,camping and in the not to distant future overnight hiking. .
I eat very cleanly, and there is definitely no smoking and drinking is very limited.
I’m looking for a flatmate who appreciates that my limitations require you to be mindful and respectful.
