My name is Claudia and I am a high school teacher in West Footscray who likes to make art and pottery. The house is only 15 minutes by train to the city. I live very close to the train station (5 minute walk), supermarket and bus(2 minute walk). The room is very large 4x6metres and it has aircon, heating, own fridge, a double bed and a desk. Internet and electricity are included. $300 per week or $1200 per month. We share kitchen and bathroom. I do not provide meals. We share the house with 2 little dogs.
