I'm Yvanne, and I’m looking to lease out my room for a short-term stay between December-February located in wheelers hill (eastern suburb). Here are the details:
About the Room:
This is a bright, spacious ensuite room with your own private bathroom – perfect for someone looking for comfort and convenience.
- Rent is $310 per week. $1240 a month (including bills and wifi)
- Bond - of 2 weeks rent ($620)
Huge windows with lots of natural light and you also get a pretty good sunset view.
It also has good cupboard space if you have lot of clothes and stuff, also a full length mirror.
About the House:
The townhouse is shared with 2 friendly and considerate housemates. One male and one female, both are around mid 20s to early 30s. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, a comfy lounge, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. It’s a peaceful space where everyone is respectful and easygoing.
The Location:
You’ll be living in a great location! It’s a very short walk to the nearby shopping center, which has everything you need, including Woolworths.
The bus service is also at the shopping centre which is a 2 min walk away.
Monash University and the nearest station Glen waverley are both a 15 min bus ride away.
There's a library and an art gallery nearby, a 5 min walk away (just incase you're interested)
