Description of the home
A single room is available in Williams Landing for a female. It is a big house with a lot of sunlight. It is a 2 minutes walk from the bus stop and a 20 minutes walk from the train station. If you drive, the train station is only 5 minutes away. Uncovered off street parking is available. There is a study which you are free to use.
Room is unfurnished but can be furnished if required. You will be staying with 2 other individuals, 1 female and 1 male. You will only be sharing the toilet with the female, i.e. me.

About occupants
I (female) am currently working in the city in a legal firm. I just finished my masters a month ago. I work 5 days a week from 9 to 6 so am only home in the weekends. You will be sharing the toilet with me. I am particularly fussy about keeping the toilet clean and would appreciate if you are the same.
The other housemate (male) is a tradesman who works from early morning to late afternoon. He has his own room and ensuite.
We do like to socialise over food or by the television but there is no pressure on you to join us. We respect each others' privacy and do appreciate peace and quiet in the house. We do not smoke but you can do it outside if you are a smoker (not in the house though).

We are looking for a fun, easy-going, respectful, tidy and considerate female to share with. I do prefer a professional person but a student would be alright too. We are a chatty bunch who like to socialise but this is not a party house. Cleaning is a shared responsibility and we take weekly turns cleaning the common areas. You can bring your own furniture if you have any as the house is pretty big.
