The room is a double room with built in double wardrobes (rail and shelves) two large windows with fitted blinds which face the street. There is a mirror inside the wardrobe, a bedside table with two small drawers (and there’s some spare furniture in the garage if you require extra drawers etc)
There are three (seperate) toilets in the property so if wished to have a private toilet we can accommodate that.
The bathroom (shower and bath) would be private on a day to day basis with exception should a household member wish to have a bath.
Home Description
Description of the home
Beautiful, spacious double storey house in ‘American Dream’ street, 4 minutes walk to Chapel.
The house is two storey, early settler style with lots of random space. It has the three bedrooms upstairs surrounding a landing and then a large living room and dining room combined and a large kitchen and diner with small garden at the rear. There is also a pantry, utilities room (with washing machine) and Garage.
Bills (apart from internet) are not included as they fluctuate so much with each previous flatmates so we just divide these equally on to 15th of every month. :)
We both love living in this area so much - it offers a peaceful ‘family feel’ on a beautiful street - which is all in blossom at the moment but having the advantage of 2 mins to public transport, 15 minutes to the CBD and all the wonders of Chapel, ST Kilda and Elwood.

Snow is a chef and works long hours evenings and Weekends and I’m a manager in social work and generally work 8-6pm with days at home and the office.
We have an adorable cat and dog who adore each other and people. If you have allergies this property is a no as whilst the dog is hypoallergenic (Beagle/ Cavoodle) the cat is particularly fluffy :).
We eat out an awful lot but also both love to cook too, we know the local area well and frequently socialise within walking distance. We host friends for dinner approximately once per month and throw an annual Halloween party - other than that its a very quiet household with us generally being passing ships with each other and lounging on the sofa watching films on the projector, cuddling with the animals.
Neither of us smoke or use drugs and would prefer the same in a flatmate when at the property. I’m generally asleep by 9-10pm so if you are a night owl please respect this after this time. Snow can work until midnight /1am at times.
Snow was previously a florist so there’s lots of plants in the house and we are walking distance to 3 spectacular parks which we walk the dog too daily.
Snow prefers to clean as she’s goes on the day to day and I prefer to do a deep clean once per week, we also have a cleaner come into the property fortnightly to focus on the bathrooms, kitchens and floors.
Snow is Greek and I’m English originally but been in Australia nearly ten years.
