Due to some changes in family circumstances I am looking for a female in her mid-late twenties, and keen to stay more long term 6-12months+ (sorry no pets, couples or smokers please) to join two awesome gals, ideally asap but can be flexi. LGBTQIA+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️ .

We are looking for a friendly, clean and easy going person to join our beautiful plant house 🌻💕

We are just back from Chapel Street and about 300m from Dandenong Road, High Street and Chapel Street trams, and under 10mins walk to Windsor Station. Albert Park is 1.5km and you’ve got Alma Park just over the highway. All the cafes, bars, fitness studios etc that you could want at your doorstep 🤩

The House
⁃ 3 bedrooms (all upstairs)
⁃ 2 bathrooms + a third toilet
⁃ 1 laundry
⁃ Big kitchen and dining
⁃ Separate living room
⁃ Garage with plenty of space for storage/exercise
⁃ Courtyard with clothesline
⁃ Parking permit

The Room
⁃ All the morning sun but doesn’t heat up in summer
⁃ Coat closet with top shelf
⁃ Fits a queen bed (this is what is pictured), currently looks a little different with the bed horizontal
⁃ Can fit a desk as the previous person had it set up with a queen bed and desk
⁃ Space for a chest of drawers or more hanging space if you need
⁃ Approx 3 x 3m but I can get specifics if you like
⁃ You’ll share a bathroom with Kennedy which has shower over bath

Cost
⁃ rent is $925.72 per month
⁃ Gas and electricity split evenly monthly (very cheap)
⁃ Water split evenly quarterly
-Internet $25 a month
⁃ Bond $534.66
⁃ Tenant transfer fee (you will need to go on the lease) approx $330
