Minutes to train tram buses hospital and oh yes a few minutes to the good ol CHAPEL ST, walk to shops supermarket coffee etc bla bla thanks chapel st.
The bedroom has king size gas lift storage bed for your all that junk, bring your own bedding or i can give you some cheers, built in robes on either side of the fire place as well (which is out of action for obvious reasons).
DUCTED HEATING throughout though, so u will be warm enough.
Mature minded people, not a party house,
