The property is a two-bedroom double storey townhouse in a quiet part of Wollert located near the Findon Creek West Branch and Darebin Creek.

I've recently moved in and the house is furnished, however the available bedroom is free to be furnished.

The bedroom available is on the top level, with a large window facing east. The window can be opened and has a flyscreen. Also in the room is a walk-in-robe and air-conditioning. Shared bathroom.

The downstairs area is spacious and tiled, leading to a backyard space with a fig tree, clothes line and a barbeque. There is an undercover carport, however it's only for one car. There is plenty of street parking in the area and extra parking available at the address.

Nearest shops are five-minutes' drive away. Train station probably 10 minutes away. Will accept enquiries from anyone.
