Brand new estate. House is 6 months old. Small backyard with real grass.
Short walk to bus stop.
1 min drive to IGA Jubilee. 2 min drive to WV train station. 4 min drive to Manor Lakes shopping shopping centre.
Building a McDonald's around the corner and a Bunnings down the road. I'm not the one building it, the collective "they" are doing that.
All rooms have split systems and double mirrored sliding door wardrobes. Floorboards throughout. Shared bathroom with shower over bath. Massive oven and wok burner.
House is about 3% furnished so I'm happy for people to bring along pieces and build a little home out of this bare ass house.

He is yappy when people walk past but he's a really good boy, he might take a bit to warm up to you but once he has, you're besties for life.
