The house is on a great estate that maintains the area. You will have free access to the estate swimming pool and gym. The shopping centre and train station are just a 4/5min drive down the road.
It's a very peaceful street, and thanks to my gardening and cleaning (borderline...) OCD it's clean and relaxing :)
