Rent funky vintage caravan as your own private space
The space I have available to rent is caravan with annex and of course you can use the toilet and shower in the house (there is a back door entry to toilet and shower with door locks)
The caravan has had reno's done, still has some imperfections but very comfortable & appealing space.
Caravan has a wardrobe and drawers, a double bed and single bed, microwave, fridge, 2 x fans, kitchen sink and bench & air conditioner so you will be cool once it's hot out!!
Annex has a table with gas cooker and fry pan and a comfy camp chair
The caravan is close to everything in Mulwala, 1.3km to main street but tucked away in a quite street with rural feel!

We live in the house,
I play a bit of guitar and roller skate and busy being a Mum.
You have your own private space in caravan, with only the bathroom being a shared space which has external entry for you :)
Just a few rules
●No smoking inside the caravan please
●No loud music, though you can play music at a nice level. I often have radio on outside in the yard but it's never loud and annoying.
● No picture hooks. I have pics up/ don't want hook holes everywhere:)
● use chopping board to cut food (please don't cut on new kitchen bench
