A wondeful cafe in the building for breakfast and lunch, plus a five minute walk to Uprising bakery for the best bread in town. Islington has a huge variety of restaurants, bookstores, antiques and Aldi's about 5 minute walk.

Bills and expenses

Bills can be shared evenly, such as electricity, water, gas. I have a Firestick and a smart tv. Ample parking on street at all times. Fully stocked kitchen with all appliances available for use. No microwave but if you want one there is a space for it. I cook most nights and am happy to either share or do your own thing. Either way is fine.

Hi, I am Robbie, a single female who has lived and worked in NY for many years and just returned to Australia during the pandemic. My interests are travel, I have just come back from 4 months in NY and Canada, and will be traveling more next year. I also love music, reading, movies and TV. Outdoors I like hiking, biking and all water sports. I make friends easily, and have a wide social circle around the world. Not so much here in Newcastle as moving here during lock down put a lid on that. I have a fairly relaxed lifestyle and spend a lot of the day working from home on the computer. I will not be around all the time as I travel, but looking for an easy going fun person to share the space with without stepping on each others toes.

I guess for me a good room mate is someone who takes care of their space and cares for the property. If you both respect each other and understand privacy , the rest should be fairly easy.
