Fully equipped kitchen with gastop stove, new oven, microwave, air fryer etc. No dishwasher sorry.
Only have one shared bathroom, shower over bathtub, really decent sized bath tub. We have gas hot water so never run out.
Loungeroom is fully furnished with air-conditioning. Bedrooms are not air-conditioned but a portable air con will work wonders.
Washing machine and dryer in laundry.
Lovely outdoor area to chill out in

Sooki is a cute black cat, fairly well behaved, affectionate and sassy little thing, she will need to approve of any housemate we choose 😂
