Hey Everyone! 👋
Looking for someone to move into my room in Mayfield from around January 12
💰 Cost: $160/week rent, bills are split evenly between all 5 housemates
📍 Location: super central location in Mayfield, 10-15 minute drive to uni and the beach, <2 minute walk to bus stop, coles, Woolworths and Aldi is also super close so you’ll have everything you need nearby
👨👩👧👦 Housemates: you’ll be sharing the house with 4 absolute legends - all aged between 19-24, hoping to keep it between these ages. Everyone is super active between Gym, Parkour, volunteering and other hobbies - It is quite a social house but everyone is also super respectful of space and privacy. You don’t need to be a clean freak however we do try to keep the house tidy, so someone with the same mindset would be tops. Please note that there are LGTBQI+ people living in the house, so being a friend of this community is a must
