Hi
I have one room for rent from Mid of August in Regent street New Lambton 2305. You will be sharing the house with two others. One working as a full time engineer and other Uni student. None of us smoke or drink.
Room will come with one under cover Carpark.
The Newcastle CBD and Newcastle University is at about 10mints drive.
Westfield Kotara and Waratah shoping centre are about at 3km. Bus stop and restaurants are at less than 5mints walk.
Its a three bed room house with shared kitchen, bathroom and Internal Laundry.
The house is full furnished with basic items but rooms are unfurnished. can assist with mattress and bed.
The rent is without bills and you have an option to choose standard or master bedroom.
Master bedroom: Available from Mid of August
Can be Suitable for couple/two people
