I'm offering a cozy room for rent in a recently renovated unit! You'll share the unit with one other housemate, which is me! I live a mostly quiet lifestyle with my party days behind me 👋
The 2-bedroom unit is located in a convenient location, close to public transport (bus 27/ 25/ 23/ 13) where you can access a number of suburbs within the Newcastle area. Everything you need is very close - gym, food, shops, bike paths, public transport, Wests. Shopping centres such as Waratah Village are a 3-minute drive, and Westfield 8 minutes drive away. Bus 27 takes you to the University of Newcastle. If you work at John Hunter Hospital there is a shuttle which takes you there located in the car park across the road.
The bedroom comes with a built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan, and it’s flexible when it comes to furnishings. You will have access to a shared bathroom/ laundry area with a shower, vanity and washing machine. Fully finished communal areas include the kitchen, dining and lounge area.
