House is in a great estate and is just on 3 year old. Close to train station (2km walk) and only 10min to freeway that can get you to Syndey in 90minutes and up into the Hunter Valley in 40minutes, 5min to Lake, 10 minutes to Toronto Shops or Glendale shops and only 25 minutes to the beach.

You will have a private room and bathroom with seperate toilet.. toilet will only be shared with guests. Plenty of street parking in a very safe area

there is a 2nd bedroom which i have converted to another living space, there is a lounge and tv in there that can be used.

Brand new kitchen, great for cooking. TV in lounge is connected to Netflix, Disney, Prime etc.

I have a dog who is very friendly and I apologise but I can't accept anyone with pets.
