Looking for flatmates for my beautifully renovated 3-bedroom home in Wallsend! The house features a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, a brand new bathroom and an additional external toilet for convenience. The entire place has just been professionally cleaned, and you’ll love the large garden, perfect for planting your own veggies or flowers (with my approval). It’s just a 5-minute walk to Wallsend shops and conveniently located near public transport. Couples are welcome for $350, and singles for $300 per room. I have two large rooms available: one features a built-in robe, air conditioning, and fan (3.55m x 3.4m), while the other has air conditioning, a fan, and a lovely balcony (3.9m x 3.6m). There's also a smaller room with AC and a robe (3.55m x 2.4m). If you're interested in a friendly and inviting home, reach out!
