Description of the home

This awesome house was built in 1887 and has been recently restored. Everyone in the city seems to know and admire this house for it's grandeur. You might as well contact us and book in your personal tour so you can get a feel for the place and see it in person. This house has 7 bedrooms but don't worry, there are 4 showers and 3 separate toilets, a large kitchen and many different living areas. The house is spread out in a way that everyone has plenty of their own space/ privacy. The house was featured in the Newcastle Herald as 'house of the week'.

In addition to the bedrooms, the house has a formal lounge room, formal dining room, a ball room, living room, two sitting rooms and an undercover alfresco area out the back. The housemates are fun and easy going while being respectful of others. The place is kept really clean. The resident dog 'Minnie' is very affectionate. She is only allowed inside if we are home. She sleeps outside and guards the house.

The house is so close to everything including Coles, pubs, KFC and 24hr McDonald (for those 3am chicken nugget cravings). There is a bus stop directly in front of the house. The rooms are very spacious.
