Nice 2 bedroom old home with air conditioning and a large backyard. Shared bathroom with toilet, as well as a separate toilet in the laundry.
Large lounge room, dining room/secondary lounge room, front porch and back deck.
The house is super close (walking distance) to Waratah shops and Waratah train station, but thankfully not close enough to be bothered by any train noise!
One cat lives here, so no other pets allowed, and you should probably like cats. She’s strictly indoor only, so don’t let her out!
One tenant (me), with one spare room. The room is 3.8m by 3.8m, with no built-in wardrobes. Floorboards throughout.
$250 per week for the room, not including electricity and internet, which we’d split.
I’m the sort of housemate that likes to do my own thing mostly, but also happy to hang out and chat. It would be cool to be friends with the person I live with!
