Description of the home

Heyyyy!

My name is Anna and I would consider myself to be fun, easy going, open minded and a bit of a workaholic.

I have a rescue cat and her name is Tess. She is somewhat anxious, sleeps 20hrs a day and loves a cuddle… she is more like a dog than a cat at times to be honest.

I tend to keep to my bedroom and use some of the other areas of the house to work from. Prior to COVID I would be travelling every second week for work and aim to get back to this.

The house has a large living area, tv with Stan, Netflix etc. The kitchen has electric cooking and I have all the equipment needed to cook and eat.

The room available has a king bed, 2 side tables, clothes hanger and a set of drawers.

Gas, electricity, internet, water, garden maintenance and any other house bills are included in rent.

Ideally would like a FIFO worker who is respectful to the space and cleans up after themselves.

Bills and expenses

Bills are incorporated into the rent amount. There is a gardener that comes fortnightly, Netflix, Stan, Broadband Internet, Gas & Electricity, water etc
