Description of the home

This house in North Orange is just a few minutes from the shopping centre. Looking for one person to share in this modern 4 bedroom house. The property is leased through Raine & Horne, looking for a stay of 12+ months.

Bedroom is unfurnished and the main bathroom is shared with one housemate. There's another unfurnished bedroom for storage or home office. The kitchen has a gas stovetop, new dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer with an external water/ice dispenser.

The living room is very spacious, with a TV and a 5-seater lounge that only takes up about half the space. There's plenty of room if you wanted to set up areas for work or hobbies. The laundry has a modern washer and dryer, or a clothesline in the backyard if you prefer.

The house has a ducted reverse-cycle air conditioner (ie: both cools and heats). Each room has a vent that lets you block or open the air to suit your preference.

We have fibre FTTP internet with a blazing fast 1Gbps (1,000Mbps) speed. There's WiFi with a strong signal in every room.

We have two cats - a domestic medium-hair and a ragdoll. We have a small backyard and a covered pergola. There's easy access to the backyard from the bedrooms via the laundry.
