Are you looking to spend your days living by the beach in a brand new home? Then look no further! I have a room available for rent in a house located in Alkimos, just a short distance to the beach. A pool will also be installed in a few weeks :)

The room can come furnished or unfurnished, totally up to you. The room comfortably fits a queen size bed, has a built in mirrored wardrobe and ducted heating/air conditioning. If you’re looking at the house plan picture, its bedroom #4 available.

The house boasts a spacious kitchen and living area, theatre room and you would share the bathroom with 1 guy.

I have only just moved into the property, so it's still a work in progress with decorating and getting furniture delivered, however the home has all the essentials already (brand new washer, dishwasher, fridge with plumbed water and ice maker, TV room etc).

I also work FIFO on an 8:6 roster so only home every 2nd week, and the other tenant works early morning to afternoons each day.
Ideally, I'd be looking for someone else that's FIFO, however that's not a deal breaker. I'm looking for a chill, responsible and clean tenant who will take good care of the house, especially with it being brand new.

Singles only at this time sorry as the other bedroom has been rented out.

Well behaved/trained dogs welcome (the backyard hasn't been landscaped yet, but should be in the next month or 2). Sorry, no cats due to allergies.

About the occupants
35 y/o, working FIFO currently, so only home every 2nd week. Would love someone who is chill, respectful and relaxed. Just looking for a place to call their home and relax after a long day.
More than happy for it to be a social house, and you invite your friends over for dinner/drinks etc (especially in Summer once the pool is in) , but definitely don't want it to be a 'party' house.
The house is a decent size, so you would have plenty of your own space and there's a guest bedroom if you have family/friends visiting.
