Description of the home

House is 4 minutes drive from the Alkimos train station large backyard and alfresco area and plenty of parking off the road for all housemates and one minute from a park.

The house is spacious with a large open living dinner area and lounge with an alfresco area and lots of space in the backyard. You can be sure there will be many Bbq dinners ahead. The house is less than 1 year old and filled with beaming sunlight even on those cloudy days.
The kids room will be at opposite ends of the house as to the room advertised.
The room has ducted aircon conditioning and a wardrobe.

There is plenty of parking off the road for an extra car. All bills are included with all the household utilities. We currently have two rooms available, fully finished only one bed is a queen sized very high quality plush, very comfortable and supportive. And the other one is a double which is medium firm. We ideally looking for, two related people or a FIFO workers or Students or a professionals worker although we are looking for people that are independent we also don’t mind having someone who enjoys having a beer or wine together on the afternoon. House rules include cleaning up after yourself and be considerate. Unlimited internet. If you’re interested please message me through this ad.
