Bills and expenses
Everything is included in the Rent; including all bills (electricity, water, gas), unlimited internet (Telstra), Subscriptions to Netflix and Disney+, PLUS Kitchen and Laundry cleaning consumables such as laundry liquid, dishwashing liquid and products - like sponges, scrubbing brushes, paper towels, spray and wipe etc, and general cleaning supplies. 2x Dyson Vacuum Cleaners and Mop and Buckets available in common areas for use. PROFESSIONAL CLEANER on a Monthly Basis and GARDENER on an ad-hoc basis. PEST CONTROL done yearly to minimise bugs and critters, and locks on all bedroom doors.

We're Emma, and Charlie, a married couple in our 30's, both ex-professional level Classical Dancers with several available rooms in our home. Over the years whilst dancing full-time, both of us have found ourselves living under roomshare agreements and without helpful people willing to open their homes, we never could've lived the lives we have. As such, we really want to pay-forward the opportunities we were so graciously blessed with. We don't currently have kids or pets.
We're very strict clean keto eaters and fitness junkies, we're extremely active.
Charlie now works FIFO and is hardly ever around. Meanwhile Emma teaches ballet whilst studying full time at Curtin uni.
Both of us are dancers, goofy and playful. We try not to take things too seriously, but at the same time we don't take shit. We're strong introverts so prefer to just keep to ourselves mostly and avoid conflict at all costs, but we're always open for a chat and a goofy dance around the house.
Because Charlie is away so much it's often just Emma at home so females-only would be much preferred.
Also living in the house is Amy, a Primary School Teacher from the UK currently on a working holiday VISA and Candice, currently finishing her Vet Residency from Singapore.
As long as we don't have to chase you to pay rent, and you keep the place clean and tidy and don't damage anything, we promise you'll enjoy a wonderful stay with us.
