5-10min drive to public transport main STN however buses literally across Rd
I am very big on having things clean and tidy and do enjoy house and gardens etc being kept at star in which is acceptable for inspections
Close to alot of facilities in the area including service stns and even spud shed not far
Schools close by and alot of footpaths and parks also
I am looking for a single, couple or even family as on own with children and our extended family member whom is regularly flead wormed and extras also
Very healthy pet as believe all pets should be treated well to maintain a well behaved and good natured family also
Would be happy for someone or couple with a pet also a dog too as long as also well looked after as do know of alot of pet owners that do NOT maintain their pets and it creates havoc on all

Just looking to fill extra space as place is rather spacious
As said am happy for someone with a well looked after pet preferably another dog as have paid a pet bond also but MUST be of friendly nature as after all this is our family pets abode since moving in
We have a very friendly boarder Collier whom looks to always pls.
He is active but well behaved and has abit autism &Add/ADHD also but highly intelligent
Clean and tidy is a massive one
Others like minded to look at being added to lease for longer term stay

Regular monthly treatments plus pampered alittle with washing drying etc with all flea worm and mite treatments
Loves being blow dried
Fussey eater as won't eat scraps etc either

Only this with similar mind set with their pet also apply
MUST be friendly and maintained
Not a digger etc either pls 🙏
