Rent is $280 per week for a single person or $350 for a couple ( Couples are allowed ONLY if working on FIFO example: roster 2:1 or else) – all bills and unlimited WiFi included.
The house is only 2 years old, very clean and quiet – perfect for FIFO workers or someone looking for a calm environment.
We haven’t had time to fully furnish the room, so you’re welcome to choose your own furniture (dresser, shelves, etc.), and we’ll reimburse you for what you buy to make it your own space.
You’ll share the house with one respectful, quiet student / part time worker, and Fiona (my wife) and I, but we are working on FIFO so hardly present at home.
Kitchen and bathroom are shared. No smokers or pets please.
Plenty of free parking outside.

The home is non-smoking and pet-free to maintain a clean and healthy environment. My wife and I stay in the master bedroom only a few days per month, so the house stays quiet most of the time.
Free and safe street parking is available right outside the property (garage not included).
