Location: Situated at the beginning of Balga, just a 20-minute drive from the city. The nearest bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away.
Shopping: The closest shopping center is Warwick, a quick 4-minute drive from the house.
Neighborhood: Located in a quiet area, shared only with us (Erica and Nico). Our neighbors are wonderful, a super sociable Italian couple who are always friendly and helpful.
