About the occupants
Hi there! I am a 34 year old female recently returning after a long residence overseas. I'm looking to share the property with two tenants for one room each, or two tenants/friends/couple in the main bedroom with ensuite. If your budget fits, I'm happy to be flexible for one person taking the ensuite!

I'm open-minded and always willing to communicate to ensure whoever's sharing the space is comfortable. I'm quite empathic and so am aware of my habits and do my best to be flexible if something needs to be adjusted to ensure a better living space. It's really important to me that the atmosphere is healthy and positive!

I am currently getting back on my feet with some WFH and a new job as a kid's entertainer/face-painter, so will mainly be at home resting or out creating magic for little gremlins on the weekend. I tend to do my own thing and am quiet outside of talking to my cat or the occasional over-excited video game. I'm the kind of person who prefers curling up with a cup of tea and a book rather than partying, and don't really have guests, but will give plenty of notice to you if I do. I'm definitely the more quiet, creative type, but also enjoy the occasional chat over dinner or lending a helping hand if needed.

As for the house, I enjoy being tidy and leaving things better than I found them, but am also very understanding of needing to take a break to do something later or the next day. With permission from the landlord, I am also planning to slowly spruce up the house with some DIY and gardening, so you can expect the place to grow even nicer in the future!

Would prefer all female housemates, but can negotiate if you are a couple wanting the main bedroom.
FIFO workers, students, and international students are all very much welcome. I would also be happy to help out any international students who are adjusting to the area!

Would enjoy someone that is tidy, respectful of space/noise, open-minded, and flexible. I'm always happy to discuss anything that would create a more comfortable living environment for everyone, and hope for someone that can do the same!

1 male cat (micro-chipped, fixed, vaccinated)
VERY long-haired white cat, but I try to be fastidious in cleaning up after him as I myself dislike pet hair everywhere.
He is cautious at first, but very gentle and friendly, and likes to talk/communicate when he wants something.
Very well-behaved (ie doesn't jump up on tables, doesn't scratch furniture, doesn't eat human food).
Feel free to shoo him out of your room if you enjoy leaving your door open but don't want a pet inside. He is also very docile and easy to simply pick up and move.
