Requirements:
Must be drug- and alcohol-free at home and never come home under the influence, as we both don't drink or drug and haven't for a long time. We are not religious.
2 weeks’ bond and 2 weeks’ rent in advance. Very casual. No contract.
$270 week. Cheaper if FIFO.
