Hellooo! Looking for some lovely housemates to live in my Ballajura house. The house is located in a great part of Ballajura not far from Tonkin Highway so it's a quick journey to the airport for FIFO workers. We have an IGA, Chemist Warehouse, Subway, Pizza, Chinese Restaurant, and Liquor Store just at the end of our street only a few minutes walk away and Woolworths is only a quick drive away.

The house is located on a fairly quiet street and there's a bus stop a few houses down. We have heaps of parking at the house so no problem for off-street parking for your car.

The house has four bedrooms, a good sized kitchen ready to cook up a storm, a large backyard with BBQ and outside furniture. There is a garage to store any of your belongings if you require.

There are two TV rooms, one with a 75 inch TV and another with a 55 Inch. There is Netflix and Disney+ connected and ready for you to use :) All of the rooms (except the master) have TVs mounted on the walls.

The rent includes bills and internet.
