Description of the home

Currently looking to rent out one of the rooms for a house we are also renting. We unfortunately are not sub-letting, and instead will need to forward your contact details to the property agent for their approval.
The room itself is unfurnished, and has enough space to comfortably fit a double-bed with a desk/dresser. We have a spare TV available, and happy for you to use during your stay!
You will also have your own bathroom and toilet available during your stay!

• The house is very close to amenities (grocery, chemist, and doctor are ~5min drive away, Morley Galleria ~9min drive away), and have a bus stop on the same street which takes you directly to Bayswater train station.
• This property is perfect for anyone working in the city, as the commute from leaving the house to arriving at the city is around 20-25min by public transport, and less by car!
• We have a carport which can fit two cars, and one will be free for yourself.
• We have a pet cat at the house, Buzz, and are more than happy to have another cat here during your stay 😊
