I have a unique scenario, I'm currently FIFO. 2 weeks on 1 week off. You would have the place to yourself 2 weeks at a time.
The lease is up in August. I would be keen to look for a bigger place close to the airport and would love to have a housemate to look with. Costs might need to be renegotiated at that stage.
If you are interested you would be getting a place worth more than $260 a week to yourself nist if the time.

I'm a pretty relaxed person. Looking to get back in to some healthy activities and eating on my R&R. Would be nice if my housemate was keen for that type of thing too. I like spending time on the South terrace strip in Fremantle and south beach. It's about a 30 min walk so it is a nice outing.
The configuration of the 2 bedroom apartment is unique so you would need to see it. It is already furnished. If your willing to put your things in storage until August, that would work well.
