• Street parking available and 2 garage spots (already taken)
• Not a party house – clean, quiet, and respectful environment
• Minimum 6-month contract required by the house (but you’ll be taking over mine which ends in September)

• Bus stop right in front of the house
• 8-minute walk (800m) to Beckenham train station
• 35 minutes by bus to the city or 22 minutes by l car
