About occupants
I am the only occupant. I rent this house but due to me youngest daughter (18) deciding to move out and venture on her own i need the extra help with the rent.

A very tidy higenic clean person is very important. If you cook and make a mess tidy up after yourself including your toilet and bathroom. I am very particularly about the way my home (even being a rental is still respected) no random guests just Rocking up or staying for long periods of time.
Description of pets
My small Multeze Shitzu who is the love of my life. She is very special to me so if you don't like little dogs please don't apply. I also have a black cat named Mossy. They are the best of friends and are always together if left alone in the house. They don't leave fur anyway as they both don't shed hair.
