Room for rent available in Beldon.
Will be sharing with myself in a 3x1 house.
The house has enough room for parking for 2 cars and visitors,
- Single garage (for storage),
- Spare room (to share),
- Reverse AC,
- Separate toilet,
- Large outdoor area with BBQ and herb garden (and an orange tree also 😎 ).
The house is a suburb away from Mullaloo beach, and supermarkets are within walking distance.
The room has a built in double wardrobe, new carpet, ceiling fan, roller shutters, fits a queen bed
I myself, am a uni student with a part time job.
I enjoy the beach life (dog beach/snorkel/ sunset coastal bev and walk) and always up for an adventure

I do love to have a good time, but I wouldn’t call myself a party animal. Looking for a bubbly, laidback person who is like minded and is ok with the company of a doggo. 🐶
Unfortunately no other pets allowed, and no couples. ☀️
