Own bathroom, bills all included. Netflix, Prime, Stan and unlimited internet.

Patio is finished so it doesn’t look like a construction site anymore haha and prepping for a spa to go in.

Sharing with myself (36M) and Xena (2yo cuddle pot rottweiler x), girlfriend stays over on the weekend every second week mostly. I work full time and go away occasionally. Enjoy a quiet drink and music on the weekend, during the week I’m usually watching netflix in bed or playing Fortnite.
Love my garden and have a love/hate relationship with my lawn haha.
I’m an early riser for work, so 7am is a bit of a sleep in for me.

I’m ideally looking for a housemate that won’t mind looking after my little girl when I go away for no rent for those particular days I am away. Fed twice a day, she can’t go for walks as she’s a rescue and is horribly afraid of leads and collars. She’s super gentle and cuddly, so don’t be surprised if she wants to snuggle in your lap.

Also if you are FIFO I am absolutely negotiable on the rent depending on your swing. :)
