Description of the home

House is a 3 bed 2 bathroom.
The room for rent has a new queen sized bed and mattress, bedside lockers and small fan. Built in wardrobe aswell.

There is also a small single bedroom beside it. I am not planning on renting this out so this can be used as overflow for any extra belongings (luggage etc.) So should have plenty of space.

I have my own ensuite in the main bedroom so the common area bathroom will be your own completely to use and maintain.

I have one space in the double garage for my own car, the other would be yours. Aside from this, there is 1 visitor carpark in the complex that can be used sometimes if need be, and plenty of on street parking aswell.

3 minutes driving Carousel shopping centre (can easily walk to it)
15 minutes Perth Airport
20 minutes Perth city
15 minutes drive to Vic Park
Very short walk to Beckenham train station (Goes to city centre, still under construction for a few months though)

Single or couples will both be considered if the right candidates.

Bills are covered in the weekly rent. If single person rent is $330 a week. Couples is $430

I work a mixture of FIFO and local work so I'm not going to be around the whole time in the house.
