hi,
our names are jamie, royce and amy, and we have a room available in churchlands

5 room 2 bathroom house
large kitchen
big backyard

the room is the one closest to the stairs in the hallway pic
there is a nice wooden wardrobe in there that can stay if you like

bathroom is shared with jamie and amy

jamie and royce are musicians, and we each have studios/recording spots in the house... sometimes we'll play some music together in the garage (1 of our hang out spots)
a creative or like-minded person to join us would be great

its a quiet no drama no issues house, and we'd like to keep it that way

smoking is fine, we all smoke
420 friendly

lots of parks and places to walk
close to the beach, shops, public transport etc
quiet area
get along great with the neighbours

unfortunately we cant have pets
no couples
